Led the response to two enterprise-wide banking outages, including one lasting approximately 12 hours, during which systems providing access to approximately $160 billion in customer funds were unavailable. A field solution with legal consequences

Resolved a technical field-operations problem involving a large flare boom. The solution addressed the condition underlying a multimillion-dollar lawsuit and helped bring the matter to an end.

The $160 billion and $1 billion figures describe customer funds or payment activity temporarily inaccessible during system failures. The money was not stolen, lost, or permanently impaired.
