My career began close to the machinery of systems: code, calculations, production operations, and the consequences of failure. It expanded into strategy, architecture, leadership, invention, product concepts, healthcare improvement, and communication.
The industries change, but the working pattern does not. Find the valuable opportunity. Understand the real constraint. Separate evidence from assumption. Build something that can be inspected. Communicate clearly so others can act. Improve it until it supports a real decision and a measurable outcome.
